Does the header stay up securely?+
Yes. The structure includes locking tabs on the back of the box. When you fold the lid back, these tabs secure it in place so the header stands upright and rigid.
Can I use this for shipping without an outer box?+
It depends on the carrier. While the box is sturdy, we usually recommend placing these display boxes inside a master shipping carton (e.g., 4 or 6 units per master carton) to keep the print graphics pristine.
Can you add an insert to hold my products?+
Yes. If you have fragile bottles or jars, we can design a custom cardboard insert (divider) inside the box to keep each item separated and safe during transit.
Is it suitable for heavy items?+
For small retail items (under 3kg total per box), standard E-flute is perfect. For heavier items like canned drinks, we would upgrade to B-flute material for extra strength.
