Can cardboard really hold heavy drink bottles?+
Yes. By using specific structural engineering—such as vertical dividers, thicker flute material, and metal reinforcement bars—a Cardboard Display can be just as strong as a permanent fixture for retail promotions.
What prevents the bottom from getting wet from mopping?+
We can install clear plastic “mop guards” (PVC clips) on the bottom edge of the display to raise the cardboard off the floor and prevent water damage.
Is the curved shape expensive to produce?+
Not significantly. We use a custom die-cutting mold. Once the mold is made, producing the curved shape is as fast as producing a straight one.
Can I fit 2-liter bottles on this?+
Yes. We customize the height between shelves (layer distance) to accommodate any bottle size, from small cans to large 2L bottles.
