Beverages are heavy. That’s why we use high-grade, double-wall corrugated cardboard with internal support dividers. This ensures the shelves remain flat and stable even when fully loaded with 330ml or 500ml cans.

The large side panels and header act as a billboard for your brand. High-resolution CMYK printing allows for vivid colors—like the refreshing blue shown here—to attract thirsty customers from down the aisle.

How much weight can each shelf hold?+
Our standard beverage displays are engineered to hold 15-20kg per shelf. For heavier requirements, we can add metal support bars to increase capacity.
Is the display waterproof?+
The glossy lamination provides resistance to minor spills. For wet mopping environments, we recommend adding a clear PVC base tray to protect the cardboard feet.
Can I change the number of tiers?+
Yes. As a custom factory, we can modify the design to have 3, 4, or 5 tiers depending on your product height and the store’s shelving limits.
How long does assembly take?+
This standard structure is very intuitive. One person can assemble it in about 3-5 minutes without any tools.
