DONGGUAN, China — Our FSC Chain of Custody certificate, No. 0231693, has been audited and renewed. It is active now, and it will stay on file for the coming cycle.
For anyone shipping corrugated displays or printed packaging into Walmart, Target, Costco, or the major European chains, this is not a marketing detail. It is the document your compliance team asks for before a PO gets released. If the CoC is expired or mismatched, the shipment stalls at the vendor audit stage, and nobody wants that conversation three weeks before a retail reset.
What the Renewal Actually Covers
The certificate is registered under ONE PLUS DISPLAY‘s name and license code 0231693, and it is verifiable through the FSC public certificate database before you place a deposit. We send the PDF along with the PI whenever a buyer needs it for their vendor file, and we can pull the relevant transaction records if your compliance team wants to see how the board was sourced for a specific run.
The scope covers the FSC-certified corrugated board used in our custom cardboard floor displays, counter units, and PDQ trays. Where a project calls for it, we pair that board with soy-based inks and water-based varnish. The structural testing—load capacity, drop test, assembly tolerance—is handled separately, because a clean chain of custody does not by itself tell you whether a display will hold 40 lbs of product on a supermarket floor. Both things have to be right.
Why This Matters More Than It Used To
Retailer vendor scorecards have tightened around material sourcing over the past few years. FSC claims are no longer a nice-to-have line on a sustainability page; they are part of the documentation package that gets checked when a display program is set up. A buyer who cannot trace the board back to a certified source is a buyer with a problem, and the problem usually lands on the supplier.
We have been a pre-approved display supplier for major retailers since 2013, and the certification stack we maintain—ISO 9001, GMI, Sedex 4P, BSCI, FSC—exists for the same reason. It is what lets a brand hand us a spec sheet and a retail launch date without spending the next month chasing vendor compliance paperwork.
Categories We Supply Under This Certificate
The renewed CoC applies across the display categories we run most often: cosmetics and beauty floor stands with multi-tier or four-sided rotating structures, pet food and heavy-duty PVC/cardboard racks built for weight, plus electronics counter units and food and beverage endcaps and pallet displays. The board sourcing is consistent across all of them; the structural engineering changes with the product and the retail environment.
If you want to confirm the certificate before sending an RFQ, email us and we will send the FSC certificate PDF and a recent sourcing record. If you already have a display spec or a reference photo, send that too—we will come back with a quote and a lead time that reflects the actual production schedule, not a placeholder date.
