PRODUCTKENMERKEN
100% Glue-Free Interlocking Assembly
Pure engineering. This display utilizes a smart slot-in design where panels lock into each other securely without adhesives. This makes the display 100% recyclable and significantly easier to disassemble and recycle at the end of its lifecycle, aligning perfectly with zero-waste goals.
Rigid Honeycomb Board Structure
Strength meets lightness. The core material is a thick (16mm+) hexagonal honeycomb paper structure. This provides exceptional vertical compression strength, allowing the stand to hold heavy rows of footwear or even heavier items without warping, offering a premium, robust feel similar to wooden fixtures.
Eco-Friendly & Sustainable
Green retail solution. Made entirely from FSC-certified kraft paper, this Custom Honeycomb Cardboard Display helps reduce your carbon footprint. The natural brown edges of the honeycomb board (as seen in the Petrol Industries design) act as a visual testament to your brand’s commitment to sustainability.
Double-Sided Hook Capacity
Maximize SKU density. The sturdy central panel supports hooks on both sides (or single-sided depending on placement), perfect for hanging flip flops, sandals, or accessories. The thick board ensures hooks stay firm and level, preventing product fallout.

FAQ
Is honeycomb board stronger than corrugated cardboard?
Yes, significantly. The hexagonal inner structure of Honeycomb Cardboard provides superior rigidity and compression strength, making it suitable for heavier products and longer-term retail placement.
Does it require any tools to assemble?
No. The entire Op maat gemaakt kartonnen display is designed for tool-free assembly. The parts simply slide and lock into place using precision-cut slots.
Can the raw brown edges be covered?
We typically leave the edges exposed to highlight the eco-friendly material, but we can apply edge banding (paper tape) in white or black if you prefer a cleaner, finished look.
