Smart Plastic Clip Assembly
Assembly made effortless. The defining feature of this Custom Pahvinen näytteilleasettelu is the use of plastic hooks (Corro-Clips) to support the shelves. Instead of confusing origami-style folding, you simply snap the clips into the side walls and rest the shelf box on top. It’s faster, easier, and stronger.
High Load Capacity for Cups
Sturdy and secure. Stacks of slushy makers or insulated cups can get heavy. The plastic clips transfer the weight directly to the vertical side panels, preventing the cardboard shelves from bowing or collapsing under the load of your inventory.
Vibrant Summer Branding
Capture the season. As seen in the “Chill Factor” design, we specialize in high-impact graphics. We use gloss lamination to make neon colors and gradient effects pop, creating a refreshing “cool” vibe that attracts customers looking for summer treats.
4-Tier Organized Storage
Maximize SKU count. The four deep layer boxes keep products organized and prevent them from falling out. The front lip of each shelf provides additional space for pricing strips or product slogans like “Make Your Own Slushy.”

USEIN KYSSYT
Why use plastic clips instead of just cardboard?
Plastic clips make assembly much faster (no complex folding instructions) and provide stronger, more reliable support for heavier items like cups or bottles.
Are the clips visible to customers?
The clips are mostly hidden under the shelf lip. We can also use clear or white clips to ensure they blend in seamlessly with the Räätälöidyn pahvinäytön design.
Can I customize the shelf height?
Yes. We die-cut the holes for the clips based on your product height. We can space the shelves perfectly to fit tall tumblers or short ice cream cups.
Does it come with the clips included?
Yes, the plastic clips are included in the hardware pack within the shipping carton. No tools are required for assembly.
