Can I put heavy tea tins inside?+
Yes. For heavier items like metal tins, we upgrade the material to a stronger B-flute corrugated board to ensure the box holds its shape during shipping and display.
Does the header stay up securely?+
Yes. The back of the box is designed with a locking slot or tab. When you fold the lid back, it tucks securely into this slot, keeping the header upright and rigid.
Can I customize the size for tea bags?+
Absolutely. We customize the box dimensions to fit your specific tea bag count (e.g., 20, 50, or 100 count). We can also add internal dividers if needed.
Is the ink food safe?+
Since the tea is usually inside primary packaging (sachets or foil), the box is secondary packaging. However, we use eco-friendly soy-based inks that are safe and odorless.
