In May 2026, ONE PLUS Display partnered with a U.S.-based display trading company to produce 500 custom corrugated cardboard counter displays.
As a trade distributor working within a limited budget, the client needed a cost-effective display solution that could meet the brand’s visual requirements while ensuring reliable product presentation.
Throughout the project, our team focused on two key priorities: **maintaining accurate printing colors and delivering the displays efficiently and safely.**
Understanding the Client’s Requirements
During the initial communication, we learned that budget control was one of the client’s primary concerns. At the same time, the client placed great importance on printing accuracy, particularly the consistency of brand colors.
For retail display projects, even slight color variations can affect the overall appearance and brand presentation. The client therefore required all printed artwork to strictly follow the brand’s Pantone color standards.
Our goal was to meet these requirements while providing a practical and cost-effective corrugated cardboard counter display solution.
Sample Confirmation and Color Accuracy
To help the client evaluate the display before mass production, we arranged a sample for review and confirmation.
The sample approval stage was particularly important because it allowed the client to check the display’s appearance and verify that the printed colors met the required standards before proceeding with the full order.
Once the customer approved the sample, we moved forward with production planning.
Production Planning and Lead Time
After confirming the sample, the client asked about the production schedule.Based on our production arrangements, the estimated production lead time was approximately 10days.
With the sample approved and the production schedule established, we proceeded with manufacturing the 500 custom corrugated cardboard counter displays.
Protective Packaging and Shipment Preparation
Once production was completed, we prepared the displays for shipment with a focus on protecting the products during transportation.
The finished displays were packed in sturdy outer cartons and palletized to provide additional stability and protection during handling and transit.
This packaging method helped reduce the risk of damage during transportation and supported safer delivery to the customer.
